Bob is a Career Management and Outplacement Consultant with over 15 years experience working with clients on career issues. He is a public speaker on career development and interpersonal skills and works extensively with on line resources to make delivery faster and more effective.

Through his own experience and that of his clients he understands the complete process of leaving one job and starting another and how to overcome the emotional, physical and skill blocks that may appear. He takes a pragmatic but challenging approach to the work, asking his clients to give their very best and go for what they really want while understanding that life is not always perfect.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant Bob set up an agency helping businesses who had got into financial difficulty. As he became away of the underlying issues that caused companies to fail he set up as a coach and consultant helping companies and individuals formulate successful strategies for growth and change.
He has previously worked with such organisations asHSBC, Aviva, IBM, Sainsburys, Legal and General, NTL., Rover, National Power, Barclaycard, British Telecom, Taylor Woodrow, Marconi, British Nuclear Fuels, and the Ministry of Defence,
He is well equipped to provide the support to those who are going through the redundancy process as a graduate of Coachu coach training, a BPS Level A tester and having completed a large number of courses in aspects of personal growth and communications.
