Penny is a highly experienced Business Psychologist and Career Coach with 20+ years’ experience of working with people from diverse backgrounds to think through and manage career changes. She coaches both groups and individuals on in-house and open programmes and has managed Career Change programmes.

Penny has worked across a wide range of private sectors, as well as the NHS, and Central/Local Government. Clients organisations include: GSK, Sanofi-Aventis, Lloyds Insurance, Barclays, Barclaycard, Avon, Carlsberg, Business Post, JaguarLandRover, East Midlands Strategic Health Authority, Heart of England Hospital Foundation Trust, Central UK Government – including Treasury, CLG, MoJ, BIS DWP, DfiD, GCHQ – Buckingham County Council, the Probation Service.
Penny set up her own successful Development and Coaching business 20+ years ago, working with international and UK clients, in career coaching, leadership development and behavioural change programmes. She was a key player in growing from start-up, a highly successful UK company specialising in work-based coaching and counselling. Her earlier career was in the University Sector, combining consultancy, lecturing and research in Occupational Psychology and Human Resource Management. She is an Executive Coach at London Business School.
Penny is a Chartered Psychologist, Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Training and has an MSc in Applied Psychology. She is an Accredited Executive Coach through the Society for Coaching Psychology. She is qualified by the British Psychological Society to use a range of psychometric assessment instruments.
